Junior Athletes at the Awards Ceremony & “Dagens Video” – Ekstremsportveko 2025
Junior athletes are an important part of Ekstremsportveko, and we want to give them the opportunity to attend the awards ceremony and watch Dagens Video in the festival tent. At the same time, we are required to uphold our alcohol license and ensure that alcohol and minors remain strictly separated.
To maintain both safety and accessibility, we have made a few adjustments to the access rules.
Who Can Attend?
The following access rules apply for the 2025 awards ceremony and Dagens Video in the festival tent:

Juniors with a valid junior wristband for Ekstremsportveko 2025

Each junior may be accompanied by one parent/guardian (18+)

Other adult family members are considered regular festival guests and must purchase a pass

Individuals under 18 without a junior wristband will not be granted access
Registration – Mandatory
To attend the awards ceremony and Dagens Video, both juniors and their accompanying adult must register in advance.

Deadline: 19:00 (same day)

Valid for: One evening at a time

Important: Registration is mandatory for all juniors seeking access
Meeting Point & Entry

Where: Sand volleyball court behind the tent
-
When: 20:10

Entry: Veko staff will guide all juniors and guardians into the tent via the back entrance

Seating: Juniors and their guardian will be placed in a designated area at the front of the stage
-
Exit: When the awards and video session ends (~21:30), everyone will be escorted out the same way
During the Event

Juniors and their guardian must remain in the designated area throughout the event
-
Moving around the tent is not allowed

The guardian is responsible for supervising the junior at all times

Always follow directions given by Veko staff
Unable to Attend?
If the junior or guardian is unable to attend, please notify one of our contacts as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the spot to another junior.
Limited Capacity
To ensure safety and manage capacity, there is a limited number of spots available each evening.

Admission is based on a first come, first served basis

If demand exceeds capacity, priority will be given to juniors who have competed that day

Those who register last may be informed that no spots are available
Rule Violations

Violation of these rules may result in the junior and guardian having their festival passes revoked

Repeated violations may lead to exclusion from the rest of the festival
