ATHLETE SPORT INFORMATION / RACE RULES

SPESIFIC SPORT INFORMATION/RACE RULES

Participants will need to be experienced and skilled in given disciplines. In some cases even qualified.

TRANSPORT:

You are responsible for your own transportation and logistics for the entire team for the whole day. We have come up with a plan that means you only need one car per team. There is space in this car to have a car manager or chauffeur who can basically spend the day dropping people off picking them up and ensuring the team are all on track. We highly recommend that you do this. If this is not possible we have a good plan again for just one vehicle and we will give you all of the details for both options at the mandatory race meeting.

MANDATORY RACE BRIEF

There will be a mandatory athlete meeting for all SWITCH 2021 participants (every team member must be there). This will be on Saturday the 26th of June at Bomoen kl 1900. This is where you will gather your bibs for the race and sign the consent form, be briefed and given a detailed overview of the race as well as having the opportunity to ask any questions.

Mandatory athlete meeting Saturday 26th of June in Bømoen (check meeting point below).

RULES

Please ensure you have read this and have everything with you from the checklists on the day of the event. If you do not have these items, you will be unable to participate in the event.

The kayaker is to be dropped at Skiple and the runner will take the car and park it at Linberg farm.
