DHSK is the association for downhill skateboarders/longboarding in Norway. Formerly know as NDSF, this association was formed in late 2009 and has worked with Ekstremsportveko since then. NDSF was an independent organization up until 2020 where it became part of the Norwegian sports federation (NIF) under Brettforbundet.
DHSK provides safety rules, events, ranking, and competition guidelines. DHSK also organizes a yearly awards ceremony/prize giving party to celebrate the past season along with nominating downhill skaters of the year.
