Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th of June, Strandaelva
This year the Veko Raft Event has changed to focus on Company and Club teams in Norway. The event is NO LONGER EURO CUP ranked, SO THERE WILL BE NO PROFFESSIONAL Raft Race Teams. The first day of events will be based on the IRF race rules competing for 20,000kr whilst the second day will be the Amazing Adventure Raft Race, which will include more river skills as well as fun challenges during a longer down river race.
25th June: Main Rafting Event: Raft Slalom & Head-to-Head
• 4 man teams (Men and Ladies class)
• 20,000 kr PRIZE MONEY (to be divided depending on entries)
26th June: Amazing Adventure Raft Race:
• Down river race with rafting skill test and fun challenges on the way (longer and harder then ever before!)
• Max 6 team members
• Prizes from the Veko Sponsors
TEAM MEMBER REQUIRMENTS
• All team members MUST be registered and have the Veko wrist band to start a race
• All team members MUST have some kind of river experience
• The ‘Guide’ should be capable of guiding the river section in control
• All participants must be 18 years of age (or more ;-)

o TEAM NAME and Class (Company, Club, Mens, Ladies etc)
o TLF and email address of a ‘team captain’
o Names of all team members
o If your team will enter the ‘Main Event, Amazing Adventure Raft Race, or both
o If you would like a camp spot in our Raft Base Garden
• Last date of registration is SUNDAY 23rd of June but book sooner than later!
• Please contact us early though as we may have to limit entries.
• Camping could be limited at the Raft Senter and will work on a ‘first come’ basis

All teams are invited to take part in all the competitions, the more the merrier! If you are an individual who is interested, but don't have a team then just contact us and we will try and help you put a team together.
Norway is world famous for its rivers, and Voss hosts some of the best. This alone is reason enough to find your way here this summer. On top of this you get to experience a week loaded with disco, emotions and surprises. Young people from all over the world gather to do what they love the most; perform their activity in epic surroundings, intense nature and pumping rivers.

Please note that you have to register prior to the competition/activity and it´s YOUR responsibility to be at the registration office during opening hours (from 09.00 - 21.00, festival tent). To be a part of the organized activities at Ekstremsportveko you must have the wristband that indicates you´re an athlete.
