The big finish

The big finish

Up in the air
At the last day of the festival, the unmistakably hallmark of Veko, the acrobats soaring the air, were yet again to see for all of Voss.

Paragliders and skydivers highlighted every discipline within their sport, on the finest day of this year’s Ekstremsportveko.

The satisfied crowd enjoyed the show from down below, giving the air acrobats the audience they deserve after waiting for the sun for days.

The tent, the people, the music
At 21.30 sharp, just as the crowd were about to exit after Today’s video, the artist collective People Love Music hit the stage with a boom and made every head in the room turn around.

Next in line was Swollen Members. “If you like Swollen Members from the record, you should see these guys live”, was the request before their concert! The Canadian hip-hoppers have captivated crowds around the globe with their energetic live shows. Voss was no exception!

At last the long-awaited New Zealanders from Fat Freddy’s Drop entered the stage with their brass line. The dub and reggae inspired Kiwi band lived up to the expectation of their first concert in Norway.

The group of musicians kept jamming into the late hours of the night, while the crowd kept on grooving.
