2 MTB Downhill Competitions this year!
It will be a whole lot of action in Bavallen this year! Grease your chain and sign up!
Sunday the 26th of June
”Bavallen Tag-Team”
¨Bavallen Tag-Team¨ is a relay competition in MTB downhill where there are 2 participants in each team. The course is divided into two sections where the first team member rides the first section and tags the other member to continue down the second section. The fastest team wins! As far as we know, this is the first time a relay competition is held in MTB Downhill! This competition suites riders that are new to the sport as there are shorter sections than in individual competitions.
All athletes must have participant pass, which you can buy at the Festival Tent.
Compulsory equipment is back protection and full-face helmet.
Prize money 1st: 1000 NOK 2nd: 600 NOK 3rd: 400 NOK

On the competition day, all athletes must meet at the Alpha lift at 9 am for briefing etc.

”Bavallen Ned”
MTB downhill race in a well-known format! The course in Bavallan has got another face-lift and is an eminent downhill arena where you can give all you got! Everyone who’s there will feel the adrenalin rush this Wednesday. We expect a lot of participants and well-known riders on start. This is an audience friendly sport and if you don’t want to ride it, come watch it!
