European Cup in Rafting has been moved to Urdland
Due to the low water level in Strandaelva, the European Cup in Slalom, Sprint and Head to Head has been moved to Raundalselva in Urdland.
The finish line will be under Lindeberg Bridge, and the starting point will be 600 meters up the river.
– The best view for the audience will be at the Lindeberg Bridge, Security Coordinator Frode Solbakk points out. There will be music and a rough rafting atmosphere, he adds.
The best place to park your car will be at Raundalen School. Please respect the signs, and do not park alongside the river.
Urdland is located 15 minutes from Voss. For further information, check out the map. The following rafting competitions on Wednesday, the Amazing Raft Race, will be in Strandaelva as planned.
